1. SALON RULES

By using any service or product at The GlamSquad Salon, you become bound by the terms & conditions in our Terms of Service agreement (this agreement).
​
Email, address, & phone number are mandatory for all appointments and for providing invoices.
2. SAFETY OF VALUABLES
​
All valuables carried into the salon are at the sole responsibility of the Customer. The GlamSquad Salon would not be liable for any loss or damage of the same. Please take care of your own belongings.
​
The GlamSquad Salon gives utmost importance to Conduct of Business Practices with highest standards of health, safety, ethics & compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Do contact the Salon Manager or the Area Business Manager to give suggestions/feedback or report any incident that you consider to be not in accordance with these standards.
3. PRICES, OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Service/Series Sale package is non-transferable and must be taken within the time period corresponding to the service series booked.

Prices of services and products are exclusive to The GlamSquad Salon. We reserve the right to alter prices without any prior notice. Prices as on date of service delivery/product purchase will be billed and are subject to tax at prevailing rates. No requests for discounts will be entertained at the time of billing.

Terms and conditions of the respective offer and promotion would apply in addition to these general terms and conditions.
Services and products available under the offer/ promotion scheme will also be available without the offer/ promotion.
Offers and promotions cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation;

No two offers can be clubbed. The GlamSquad Salon reserves the right to withdraw or modify Offers and promotions without any prior intimation.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Here at The GlamSquad Salon, we will always do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations. Please give us a call or WhatsApp at 6379522874 or 7200030480 as soon as possible to modify or cancel your appointment so that we can fill your cancelled appointment with another client on our waitlist.

We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice for which it was necessary to order certain products ahead of time (hair extensions, wigs, toppers, etc.) will be charged for the product cost plus 50% of the service cost.
​
For groups booking service appointments (such as wedding parties, packages, etc.), we respectfully request at least 72-hour notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Canceling this kind of appointment without giving 72-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount per guest. Please understand that larger bookings take a great deal of scheduling and planning - you must notify us within this window if you need to change your appointment dates.
5. LATE POLICY

Please understand that appointment times are limited, if you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be auto-cancelled by our booking system and allotted to the next client.
We may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show,” and you may be charged a late fees.
6. No REFUND Policy & Updated Redo Policy
If you ever feel like you are not 100% satisfied, please reach us within 2 business days. If there is a problem with the service performed, we are happy to redo it at no cost to you, however we do require you to see the same Stylist/Technician. (Exclusions apply). Any other issue that is caused by the client as a result of their lifestyle or due to improper care is their own sole responsibility and the salon will not be providing re-dos in such a situation. The salon manager will be the final decider in this issue after discussion with staff and client. Requests made by clients after 2 days of service completion will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Product returns can only be accepted for unopened/unused merchandise, or you can choose an exchange.
The GlamSquad Salon follows a “No Refund” Practice. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. In the unlikely circumstance that the service delivered has not been up to your satisfaction, please register your complaint on glamsquadsalon@outlook.com within 2 days of availing the service.

After taking consultation and the service has been completed in accordance with the agreed terms, the customer is liable to pay the entire service charge.
7. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
​
The safety of our staff and clients is paramount. As such, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (continuous cough, displaying fever symptoms), or any rude/obnoxious behavior. Thank you for your understanding.
8. MINORS & PET POLICY

While we absolutely LOVE kids and all of our furry little friends, our salon is not child or pet-proof. Hot styling tools, sharp scissors, chemicals, and a busy salon can all become a safety hazard for children and pets. Supervision for any child is required by a guest that is not receiving a service. We also ask that you refrain from bringing any pets other than service animals into the salon. We do not assume any liability for any damage or injury that may happen in the salon.
9. COURSES

All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
10. SERVICE PACKAGES
​
All service packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 1/3/6/12 months as specified and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your service. No further extension will be provided.
11. INDEMNIFCATION
​
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The GlamSquad Salon, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of our salon services, or inability to use this website or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. The GlamSquad Salon reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with The GlamSquad Salon in asserting any available defenses. All legal jurisdiction will be in the city of Chennai.
11. WEBSITE LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. THE GLAMSQUAD SALON AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME. THE GLAMSQUAD SALON AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW OF INDIA, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND.
